The current situation requires certain changes and rules in daily interaction. However, you don't have to give up vacation because of this. Below you will find themost important information (as of May 24th, 2022)for a safe and beneficialSummer vacation 2022. Please note that this list serves as a guide (with the measures currently in force as of May 24th, 2022 or the expected validity for summer 2022) and that we will of course add measures if the situation or the legal basis requires it.It can currently be assumed that further opening and easing steps will follow for spring and summer.

 

Deposits/rebooking & cancellation conditions

 

In principle - as is customary in the industry - the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE
HOTELLERIE (AGB-H 2006), see belowhttps://www.oehv.at/fileadmin/user_upload/MediaLibrary/Downloads/Rechtsinfos/AGBHs_Deutsch.pdf.  However,   currently applyrelaxed cancellation conditionsand we assure youdirect bookingafree cancellation up to 7 days before arrivalto. After that,  90% cancellation fees apply to the booked arrangement - for B2B customers, the contractually agreed conditions apply. In the event of travel warnings for Carinthia, border closures, a new lockdown or entry ban for the hotel industry, you can of course easily rebook your holiday to a later date. The deposit paid will be credited to the rebooking in an uncomplicated manner.

In principle, the quarantine and entry regulations have been regulated in the same way throughout the EU since May 2021, depending on the incidence figures - the following is therefore a guide:

yellow/green/orange: free entry

Red: no quarantine if proof of vaccination/test/recovery

Dark red: Entry only in connection with quarantine and additional vaccination/test/recovery

As of March 2022are currentlyno general entry restrictionsknown from other EU countries/valid

Holiday entry tests - 2G and 3G, respectively

​

At the beginning of March 2022, almost all regulations are lifted and aHoliday experience accessible to every person again.

Also a2 or 3G proofis as of May 2022not necessary anymore. However, depending on the situation (as provided by law), we reserve the right to reintroduce a 2G or 3G status internally at a later date and will inform you in good time if this is the case.

Contact Tracing & Data Collection

The health of our employees and guests has top priority.  We are therefore obliged, not least by law, to track any guest movements and therefore ask for your understanding that we collect your full contact details upon arrival.

Entry from abroad

The respective entry regulations for the return journey to your home country are sometimes regulated very differently. Please understand that we cannot provide any information on this.

General

​

  • No mask requirement

  • Please keep the known to other people1 to 2 meter distance, except to fellow travelers from the same household.

  • Use the ones provideddisinfectant dispenser.

  • Please ventilate the room regularly and ensure appropriate air exchange

  • Regular hand washingDon't forget to wash with soap (at least 30 seconds).

Restaurant & catering

 

Not only since Corona, cleanliness and hygiene have been the top priority in the kitchen and in the restaurant. Buffets may continue to be offered under appropriate precautions.

 

  • In the restaurant, every guest has their ownpermanently assigned table, so there is no waiting and you can go straight to your table.

  • Please use the disinfectant dispensers at the entrances before entering the restaurant and at the buffet itself

  • In addition, you are at the buffets alsodisposable glovesto disposal.

  • If there are several people at the buffet at the same time, we ask that you be patientmutual respect for each othergain weight.

  • Please understand that we may adjust the culinary offer at short notice according to the specifications and requirements.

  • On theThere is enough space for sunbathing in the holiday park, please pay attention to the1-meter distanceto "foreign" fellow travelers.

  • When accessing the lake, please also pay attention to theminimum distanceof 2 meters andavoidyou a "group formation' on the steps leading to the lake

 

 

 

What if something happens?

Rest assured that not only we in-house, but the entire tourism industry is making intensive efforts to make your vacation and travel as unrestricted and at the same time safe as possible. Of course, as hosts, we are in constant contact with our tourism organizations at regional and state level - including with the health authorities. There isown plans and defined procedures, should a suspicion arise.
