Arrival:
Arrivals are possible every day (monday-sunday).

Barrier Free Accessibility:
Our rooms and public areas are not/only partially suitable for people with restricted mobility. We have that in mind for futher construction and ask for your understanding. We are happy to help you via phone with any question about the level of accessibility.

Bathrobes:
You can rent for the duration of your stay. (laundry and rental costs - € 7,--/coat)

Cancellation conditions
​ATTENTION: due to the current situation and the difficult planning, we have adjusted our cancellation conditions . The current conditions can be found >> here.

Check in:
​Your booked rooms are guaranteed to be ready for check in by 4:00 p.m.
​​
​
Check out:
We ask our guests to check out by 11:00 a.m. so that our house keeping team can prepare the rooms for the next guests in good time.
Thanks very much. Please conctact the front desk for the posiibility of a late check out.

Late check out:
Possible depending on availability - we charge € 8,-- to € 25,--.

Dinner "cancellatoin":
If you have (directky) booked our half board+ package and one evening you will not stay with us in the dingin room,
€ 11,-- per adult will be deducted (reduced) from you bill, € 6,-- per child.
We ask for your understanding that this requires a cancellation by noon.

Credit cards can only be accepted from an invoice amount of € 35.00.

Internet/wifi:
WiFi access is free in all three houses of the Sonnenhügel.

Pets/Dogs:
Are not allowed.

Smoking:
All our rooms and restaurants are non-smoking areas. Smioking is permitted on the balcony and on the terrace area.

Travel insurance:
We recommend taking out travel cancellation/interruption insurance if you do not already have one insurance to have.
With the reservation confirmation you will receive a link to our partner "European Travel Insurance" and can there those for you choose the right insurance.
