The current situation requires certain changes and rules in daily interaction. You don't have to give up vacation because of this. Below you will find themost important information (as of January 21, 2021)for a safe and beneficialWinter vacation 2021/2022.Please note that this information is intended as a guideand we will, of course, add measures if the situation or the legal basis requires it. We try very hard to always provide you with the latest information here, but please note that we onlyPublish measures that have actually been decided and tested.
Deposits/rebooking & cancellation conditions
currently applyrelaxed cancellation conditionsand we guarantee you a direct bookingfree cancellation up to 7 days before arrivalto. In the event of travel warnings for Carinthia, border closures, a new lockdown or entry ban for the hotel industry, you can of course easily rebook your holiday to a later date. The deposit paid will be credited to the rebooking in an uncomplicated manner.
If you wish, you can benefit from our when bookingRefund warrantyand we will transfer a deposit back to you after you have given us your account details (processing fee € 20.00).

Entry - basics
In principle, the quarantine and entry regulations have been the same throughout the EU since May 2021, depending on the incidence figures - the following is therefore a guide:
yellow/green/orange: free entry
Red: no quarantine if proof of vaccination/test/recovery
Dark red: Entry only in connection with quarantine and additional vaccination/test/recovery
Arriving from a dark red area for holiday purposes is definitely not possible.Warning: the above provisions are for guidance only! According to current practice, it is up to each member state to follow or to implement its own regulations. You can find more information> here. Holiday entry - 2 G
In principle, the "2-G" (vaccinatedOR recovered) to enter the hotel and catering industry. Apply in detailthus since November 2021 (and until further notice, as of January 21, 2022)so the following rules:
Vaccinated:
Since May 19, 2021, proof of vaccination is also valid as an admission ticket.
As of February 1, 2022, the validity of the vaccination certificates will changein Austria (Green Passport): Thefirst series of vaccinations (2 vaccinations or recovery + 1 vaccination)is futureValid for 180 days. The certificate of vaccination"Booster" vaccination (3 vaccinations or recovery + 2 vaccinations)is furthermoreValid for 270 days.
Vaccination certificates or other proof of vaccination are still valid for 270 days when entering Austria.

Contact Tracing & Data Collection
The health of our employees and guests is our top priority. We are therefore obliged, not least by law, to trace any guest movements. You have a fixed table in the dining room. In the bar and terrace area we have an electronic one for external guestsRegistrationset up and ask visitors to use them throughoutconveniently with your smartphoneto use. This is about the> MyVisitPass app, which was created in cooperation with Kärnten Werbung. This also has the advantage for you that youthis registration at many excursion destinations throughout Carinthiato be able to use.
Entry from abroad
Basically applies to theEntry into Austria 2-G+. So you have to have oneProof of vaccination or recoveryandadditionallya molecular biological test (egPCR test) show.People who already have onefurther dose (“booster vaccination”)have received are exempt from submitting a test andmustConsequentlydo not have a current PCR test.

Holiday entry tests - 2G and 3G, respectively
In principle, the "2-G" (vaccinatedOR recovered) to enter the holiday fun,being with an immediate extension to the3-G(tested) is calculated.Apply in detailwith Stand 19.02.2022 expected (!)so the following rules:

Presentation of a negative test result upon arrival, the validity of which is regulated by law as follows (as of February 19, 2022):

Please note that the tests must be renewed after their validity period has expired. There are several public test roads in the immediate vicinity. We would also be happy to inform you personally by email or telephone about the current status of things.

Restaurant & catering
Not only since Corona, cleanliness and hygiene have been the top priority in the kitchen and in the restaurant. Buffets may continue to be offered under appropriate precautions.

In the restaurant, every guest has their ownpermanently assigned table, so there is no waiting and you can go straight to your table.

On the way to the table and to the buffet- in all likelihood - a mouth and nose protection (FFP2 mask) must be worn.

Please use the disinfectant dispensers at the entrances before entering the restaurant and at the buffet itself

Rest assured that not only we in-house, but the entire tourism industry is making intensive efforts to make your vacation and travel as unrestricted and at the same time safe as possible. Of course, as hosts, we are in constant contact with our tourism organizations at regional and state level - including with the health authorities. There isown plans and defined procedures, should a suspicion arise.
